Integration of the capacities and expertise of the partner institutions to assess the
cross-border impact of the environmental
problems in the
Danube River basin.
2.
Feasibility study for the development plan of pilot communities and of disaster prevention.
3.
Creation of a mechanism capable to provide the scientific support for decision
makers for the elaboration of policy related to the prevention of the negative impact
of potential natural and anthropogenic accidents in the region.
4.
Raising the level
of awareness of the population in the region regarding the environmental issues
with cross-border impact.
5.
Encouraging the involvement
of young researchers, master and PhD students in cross-border environmental research.
6.
Improvement
of ecological situation in Lower Danube Euroregion
